We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
- Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
- Products damaged due to improper use by the customer

Return Shipping
If the return is due to a product defect, incorrect item, or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

Order Cancellation
